DRAKE RESPONDS TO 'FAKE' REPORTS THAT HE TOLD FAN TO REMOVE HER HIJAB

"I would never make a disrespectful comment like that in my life."

Drake has responded to online rumors that he told a female fan at one of his concerts to remove her hijab, calling it a "fake media story."

As Hot New Hip Hop reports, the hip-hop superstar was caught on camera during a concert at London's O2 last week telling someone, "You got on that hot ass scarf right there, you might wanna take this off. You gotta turn this muthafucka up. You gotta come out of that shit."

The post has since been deleted but the original comment claimed she was wearing a hijab -- something Drake now disputes. Twitter responded at the time by condemning Drake for what was believed to be an attack on Muslim culture.

"I make a point every night to end my shows on a time of unity and love so, to find out that I am being utilized in a fake media story about me disrespecting Muslims is devastating to me," Drake said in a statement on Friday (Feb. 10). "At my show I'm the O2 in London I was talking to 4 women one of whom was wearing a jacket and a winter scarf, I made a comment about taking off the scarf because I enjoy a friendly banter with the fans. I am well aware of what a hijab is and I would never make a disrespectful comment like that in my life towards someone who is wearing one."

Drake continued, "I am proud that my closest friends and fans come from all different religions and races, perhaps whoever made up this story should spend more time learning about other cultures and less time trying to divide us."

Okay this is not good. There may be some bad blood brewing between Bella Hadid and Selena Gomez.

After a steamy pics of the singer kissing Hadid's ex boyfriend, The Weekend(who's real name is Abel Tesfaye). following a dinner date, Tuesday night, the 20year old model appears to have unfollowed Gomez on instagram

As for now, Gomez still follows Hadid, who still follows The Weekend.

It is reported Selena and The Weekend, 26, at first wanted to keep their budding romance under raps, but had a change of heart.

One source said: " At first, Selena and Abel wanted to keep their relationship low-key. but they've decided they really dont care if everyone knows about them.

Another source said: "Selena was focusing on getting herself back together and Abel was just getting out of a relationship, plus putting out of his new album. Abel and Bella also were on and off towards the end of their relationship, so getting into something brand new was not what Abel was looking for.

Another insider said: "Abel though always had a thing for Selena. He thinks she's extremely talented and sexy.

"She has been on his radar before. They are on the same level with expectations and think the other is really fun. They are taking things slow and getting to know each other."

Wow I don't know if this is official yet but rumors are running wild that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth finally tied the knot in secret over the holidays!

If it happened, it was close to New Years, when both Miley’s and Liam’s family were all in San Diego celebrating the end of 2016. That includes Liam’s mother Leonie, his famous brother Chris and his wife Elsa Pataky.


It’s Cyrus’ Instagram posts, which ignited rumors. The singer posted several from the family’s all-gold New Year’s party, and one particular snap shows Miley’s mom and Liam’s mom together. Miley captioned the photo “In-laws.”


Since then, NW Magazine tracked down a source that is confirming nuptials took place:


“It was all extremely last-minute,” according to the source. “Liam’s entire family flew over for the holidays and the Cyrus family were in town too. It just seemed like a no-brainer to do it while everyone was together.”



Now don't get too excited. know that none of this is yet confirmed. Neither Cyrus nor Hemsworth has commented on the rumors; the only evidence we have is one mid-party Insta from Miley and the story of some anonymous stranger.
